Lovely views and really good spa facilities. Our room was spacious and well-maintained, though we faced a delay during check-in that was a bit inconvenient. It was a nice anniversary getaway that we hope to repeat.

Had awesome experience, overall incredibly friendly place.
The restaurant served a huge variety of meals for breakfast. Greatly enjoyed my suite with a magnificent view, good breakfast, as example. Very central location was a plus.

The hotel offered a lovely experience overall, with helpful staff and a fantastic spa area. The breakfast coffee could use improvement. The room was very comfortable and quite, with a amazing view of the Matterhorn. A great place for our stay.

When I booked the room I requested a room with view to the Cervino Mountain which I did not get. It was not a big deal as during the time I was there the weather was not clear and we could not see the mountains from anywhere.

Comfortable room, lovely breakfast, with a friendly staff who made our stay relaxing, and the spa facilities were fantastic with multiple saunas and a hot tub to unwind after a day of exploring the area.
No complaints whatsoever.

Great place. The wellness area is ver nice, large pool, great jacuzzi. The room was perfect with an incredible view on the Matterhorn. The staff at the hotel was very nice and helpful. Excellent buffet breakfast. Definitely will come back.

The junior suite was perfect. Upgraded bathrooms with a separate sink room, and even a small kitchen area! Our view over the courtyard and of the Matterhorn was spectacular. Breakfast was nice and the staff was always helpful and friendly!

I was made very welcome by the staff who were helpful cheerful and happy to show me all the facilities. The hotel was well positioned and the spa was a perfect refuge after a days hiking. Would love to return.

Friendly staff and well kept Suisse style hotel. The sauna and pool facilities are very good too.
The ski bus stop is not too close (maybe 200m) and then down some steps. I recommend leaving your skis locked up near the funi for 2chf per night to save carriage both ways.

Excellent location, everything perfect. Staff was really friendly and knowledgable about the ski area and town and gave lots of good advice on where to go and how to get around.
